  • Terms and Conditions for Holiday Tours Booking :

1)Any quotation is valid for next 7 days only. It may change if confirmed late.
2)We do not book any hotels and other services without advance. The quotation does not guarantee hotel availability. Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
3)For booking, we collect only 50% advance and balance payment need to be settled before 15 days of starting the tour. If the tour starts within 15 days, we need 100% advance. This is to ensure hotel and other services booking.
4)Once booking is completed, you will receive Hotel voucher (This takes one to two week depends on rush as we need to get email confirmation from hotels before sending voucher)
5)Vehicle will not be at disposal but will perform its respective duties as per the itinerary. All chauffeurs will follow the itinerary given in advance at the time of costing. Any changes in the itinerary without approvals from us will not be entertained and will be charged as per the tariff. Chauffeurs have the right to deny visiting any place not mentioned in the itinerary handed over to him by us.
6)Guests must ensure timely reporting for arrival, departures and at local sightseeing points. Any alteration due to missing of trains, air or vehicles will cost you additional charges.
7)It is advisable to ask the driver for the time taken for local sightseeing spots. This will help you to complete the tour comfortably.
8)In case of mechanical fault or miss happening, we will be requiring time to reach there to repair/ replace the vehicle subject to availability and situation.
9)All guests are required to carry valid photo Identity card.
10)All guests are advised to book travel insurance from us or other providers as a safety measure.
11)You need to follow the hotel check in and check out timing. Early ‘check in’ is subject to hotel approval and extra charges.
12)We do not have any control on Hotel Food taste and quality. We suggest to our guests to enjoy local cuisines outside hotels during sightseeing tour.
13)We or our partners are not responsible or liable for any personal loss, damage, incidents or accidents due to human mistake or God’s actions like natural calamity, disaster or unwanted event. Guests are advised to avail travel insurance if they wish so.
14)Our guests are advised to be flexible in tour and accommodative to local customs and culture or unforeseen situations.
15)Certain places may prohibit or ask you to maintain their local decorum. We need to respect the same. Any disputes at sites with third party due to whatsoever reason should be resolved by the guest himself/herself. We can’t take responsibility for the same.
16)Though we try our best to make your experience memorable, at times, guest may feel uncomfortable due to weather, another person’s behavior or his/her own perception, expectation and imagination. This is beyond our control.

  • Notes for Holiday Tours :

1)Vehicle will not be at disposal. It will be available to guest as per itinerary only (point to point basis).
2)Meal Plans – EP has no meals or breakfast, CP has breakfast only, MAP has Breakfast and Lunch / Dinner either, AP has all meals like Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
3)You are advised to carry at least travel essentials based on destination. Ask for packing list from us after booking the tour.
4)Amendment in itinerary and quotation is subject to our approval.

  • For Holiday Tours Booking :

1)15% cancellation charges before 1 month of tour starts. 30% cancellation charges before 15 days of tour starts. No refund for cancellations within a week’s time of tour starts. This policy is for package cost excluding ticketing.
2)Air, Rail, Bus and Cruise cancellation charges will be as per the ticket booked from us.
3)Amendments are subject to availability of hotels and other services. No amendment is permissible within a week’s time of tour starts.
4)Any increase in tour cost due to amendment is to be borne by the client. No concession will be given in this regard.
5)Any decrease in tour cost due to amendment is subject to approval from Hotels and other service providers. Refund if any, will be processed as per Refund Policy.

  • For Holiday Tours Booking :

1)All refunds will be as per cancellation policy ONLY.
2)Service charge is non-refundable.
3)Refunds will be processed from accounts department after reconciliation with the Hotels and Other suppliers.
4)It may take time to process your refund. The refund mode will be cheque or bank transfer only. No cash refund. ¬
5)No refund of any amount if you do not avail any inclusions for whatsoever reasons once the tour starts.

All disputes are subject to Pune jurisdiction (Maharashtra state of India).
